Strawberries out the ying yang

It's time for a quick weekend update. Saturday was the Strawberry Festival in my little upstate NY town of Owego. Years ago this was a wonderful festival full of handcraft only vendors. Unfortunately this is no longer the case as resellers of imported plastic crap have taken over and the artists have trickled down to a slow drip.
I live a half block away from the downtown festivities so last year I decided to set up shop in my front yard and I invited a few friends to join me. It was a success so this year I invited a few more friends and we lined my sidewalk.

The weather was perfect (until the veeeery end) and the strawberry daiquiris flowed freely (thanks Don!). Thanks to all my friends who participated and made our little set-up look like a million bucks!
